The working group will meet on February 15, 2025 to summarize the issues and propose the guidelines for the National Health Security Office (NHSO) to consider taking action, namely, requesting that the NHSO pay for the expenses incurred from the Universal Cancer Treatment Project according to the original announcement of the NHSO criteria, which were used in the fiscal year 2023-2024 and are still in use at present. If this is the case, the certificate of entitlement to cover the expenses of the regular service unit or the referral form will not be necessary because the NHSO will be responsible for the expenses of all referred cancer patients anyway.
